MPT Boot Camp is designed for those who have never stepped foot in the gym.
During your 6 week boot camp, we will meet once a week for a ONE HOUR session will cover the 3 major muscle groups (Upper body, Core, and Legs) twice to maximize your experience working those groups. It is my goal to share and show my clients how to use the equipment while pushing proper form throughout. The last thing anyone wants is to hurt themselves while exercising, and I will do everything I can to prevent that from happening.
Also to note, I work at your pace. These exercises are meant to be informative - and if we just rushed through a bootcamp workout, I fear you wont have really grasped the purpose, or proper form.

The MPT Starter package will be designed for those who might just want to give a personal trainer a try - or for those who are a little reluctant to come to the gym at all. I get it, the gym environment can be quite intimidating especially for those of us who might not be in the greatest shape.
For your 4 sessions with me not only will we get a great workout in, but I aim to get you more comfortable with the gym environment as a whole. The equipment and exercises are just one facet some fear, another might be that you are worried that people will stare, judge, or make fun of you. Not going to lie some places allow that type of behavior, but I can assure you - I will not. The facility that we use is extremely friendly, and is utilized by gym goers of all shapes and sizes - young and old, and everything in between. Let me help you take the stress out of going to the gym, and allow you to focus on your fitness goals!

The MPT Intermediate Pride will consist of 8 - 1 hour sessions designed to help increase PRs (Personal Records) for specific muscle groups or exercises. During these sessions we will get you 1rep max on the first week for whatever exercise you choose, and spend the rest of your sessions working on that specific muscle group with a variety of different exercises. On week 8 we will then measure your progress and document your gains on the brand new MPT PR Tracker to show the world your progress.
If hitting PRs and bragging to the world isn't your thing - no big deal! We can work a variety of muscle groups to help gain muscle, lose fat, and increase your endurance.

Payments can be split into 2 equal amounts due at the beginning of each 4 week cycle.
That's $180.00 per month or $45.00 per session.
Similar to the Intermediate package, you will have your choice how you wish to complete your training. Whether you want to hit new PRs, or just have a coach to help push you through your workouts, the ELITE Pride package gives you the most BANG for your buck!
